Can I cook at my camp site?
Personal gas cookers are allowed. Your equipment may be inspected by campground staff to ensure it is in good working order or if there are any concerns about your equipment's age, type or use.  You need to comply with the Guidelines for the Safe Use of Camping Gas Cookers:
-                 please have your cooking equipment serviced before bringing it to the camping area.
-                 never light a gas cooker inside your tent or in any other enclosed area.
-                 always take note of the colour of the flame: it should be burning blue. If it's burning with an orange or yellow flame or is creating sooty stains on your stove you may have a problem with your stove so PLEASE DO NOT USE IT.
-                 do not store spare gas canisters inside your tent, mobile home or caravan.
-                 if you smell gas or think you have a leak, turn the stove off, evacuate the area and get help from a site marshal.
-                 never use a naked flame to search for a leak.
-                 empty canisters and aerosols may not be completely empty.  When you've removed it from your stove, store it upright outside your tent for a while to allow any gas that may remain to evaporate.
-                 never attempt to refill a gas canister.

Are the camp sites designated or are they first in first served?
All camp sites are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Marshals will be on site to direct you to your camp site when you arrive. Please note that if you would like to camp next to your friends, you need to arrive at the same time. Sites will not be kept vacant for people who have not yet arrived.

Can you book camp sites alongside each other?
As described above, camp sites are allocated on a first come, first served and as such it is not possible for you to choose specific camp sites.  Please arrive at the same time as your friends or family if you wish to camp next to them.
Is there power at the camp site?
Refer to the Camp Site Options table above.
Where is the camping area located and how far is it from the stage?
The camping area is located on the Festival site.  From the furthest part of the camping area, it’s less than 10 minutes walk.  Please note, you cannot view the stage from the camping area.
Are prams permitted?
Prams are permitted in the camping ground and event site. Due to the event’s sound amplification we strongly suggest that all small children should wear earmuffs.
Is there ample car parking for disabled patrons?
There is plenty of car parking on site and disabled patron allocations will be made as required. If you require a disability accessible spot, please contact us.
Please note that any patrons in a wheelchair should bring their off road model (if possible) as it is an outdoor event and camping grounds and there are no sealed roads.
What kind of food and drinks are going to be sold at the Festival?
An extensive range of food and beverages will be available to buy at the Festival. Food will include local restaurant stalls and cheese stalls as well as lighter options.  Snacks such as chips, nuts, fruit and ice-cream will also be available. The various food stalls will cater to most dietary requirements.
